Almaty International Airport is glad to offer a new service CIP (Commercial Important Person) for people who value comfort, privacy, and time.

An individual service of CIP passengers rendered by highly qualified personnel of Almaty International Airport allows reducing the time of passing the necessary organizational, customs, and border procedures. A favorable location of the building ensures a comfortable entrance and exit for vehicles transferring passengers of such category, and persons meeting and accompanying them. The CIP Southern building was put into operation in 1997, and it was meant for servicing the first persons of the state and the official delegations.

- check-in of air passengers and baggage
- meeting and transfer of passengers to/from an aircraft by individual car accompanied by CIP agent
- information on an aircraft’s departure/arrival time
- provision of waiting room having a high comfort level on the first and the second floors of the building

- transfer of baggage from/to an aircraft or to a vehicle
- free fresh newspapers and illustrated magazines
- CIP bar’s services
