Dear colleagues – Mass Media representatives,

The press centre of Almaty International Airport is ready to provide you with necessary information and official comments, clarification of the procedure for organizing photo and video shootings in the territory of the airport, and other information as well.

Procedure for submission of reporters’ requests to the press centre of Almaty International Airport:

Requests should be composed on the letterhead of a legal entity (editorial office, television company) with the stamp and signature of company director in electronic form and sent to e-mail address: press@alaport.com, and fax: +7 (727) 2703391.

Information will be provided on request within 1-3 days(in some cases, it will be provided within 7 days) after receipt of the original of this inquiry in office of AIA JSC

 The request should contain the following:

 * main theme (subject of request);

 * list of questions;

 * when and where the information provided by the airport press centre will be used;

 * contact details of editorial office and reporter.

Procedure for submission of applications for organizing photo and video shootings in the territory of Almaty International Airport:

Application should be composed on the letterhead of a legal entity (editorial office, television company) with the stamp and signature of company director in the name of Koblandy Tumyshev, First Vice President of Almaty International Airport JSC.

The application must specify purpose, time, duration and venue of the photo and video shooting, members of shooting team and copies of their identification documents, list of equipment and contact information of the responsible person.

Application should be sent at least 3 working days before the date of the photo and video shooting.

Application for organizing photo and video shooting must be sent by fax to Manager of Public Relations: +7 (727) 2703391

Note:

The Security Service of Almaty International Airport makes decision on photo and video shootings at the airport, and reserves the right to refuse photo and video shootings without explanation.
